About job
• Assist HQ, Sales Manager and team to obtain, organize and maintain communication and sales and marketing documents a lot by lot basis
• Open and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail
• Compiles and maintained records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, performing variety of following or similar clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures: copies date and compiles records and reports
• Maintain the confidentiality of corporate policies to ensure a clean and safe workplace
• Records order for merchandise, office asset and service
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Conduct customer frame walk through; greet, welcome and assist visitors
• Prepares, issues and send out receipts, bill, policies, invoices, transmittal, statement and checks
• Operate office machines, such as copier, computer, calculator etc.
• Relieve management of administrative detail
• Coordinate work flow and day-to-day operations of the office
• A part or implementation of policies and rules made by the management
• Part of statutory compliance
• Perform administrative works and function
• Perform company’s activities and tasks as instructed by the Directors
• Recording, reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications and presentations
• Maintaining files/ records and sales and marketing works on schedule
• Assist sales and marketing team
