POST: CONTRACT EXECUTIVE (QS)
Job descriptions/Responsibilities: -
• To provide supporting role to Managers/Directors.
• Responsible for Pre-Contract Administration including, of Taking-Off, Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ), Preliminary Estimate and Tender Preparation.
• Responsible for Post-Contract Administration including preparation of Contract Document, Progress Payment, Estimating of Variation Work (VO).
• To attend the Site Valuation and Meetings.
• Responsible for Contract Administration including EOT, Claim and Loss Expenses and etc.
• Able to communicate & coordinate effectively with client, consultants, contractors etc.
Requirements: -
• Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Candidate must at least 1-3 years’ experience. Working experience in a Quantity Surveyor consultant firm is advantageous. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Willing to travel to project site and client’s office within Sabah and Malaysia
• Job Location: Penampang Bypass, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
• Computer literature is a must.
