Description
- Supervise the day to day operations to ensure efficient and effective operations of the outlet.
- Staff management and leadership including preparation and maintenance of Rosters for all staff, recruiting, training, and mentoring the new staff.
- Maintain a professional environment in the outlet at all times and ensure the achievement of all monthly sales and service targets.
- Maintain stock inventory on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Assist various special events and ensure the achievement of all objectives of the events.
- Prepare all daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Tanggungjawab:
- menguruskan kedai dengan teratur, kemas, sistematik dan bijak
- mengendali pekerja2 dengan baik
- memastikan stok barangan tersedia dan mencukupi
- menguruskan jualan dan bank-in sales ke dalam bank setiap hari
- berurusan dengan supplier
- menjaga reputasi kedai dan customer dengan baik
- semak stok dan order harian
