Job Description

- Immediate vacancy for two (2) Admin positions involved in Purchasing & Shipping.

Responsibilities:

  • Make logistics arrangements for sales and purchases.
  • Monitoring stock levels.
  • Issuing Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Liaise with suppliers (replacements etc.).
  • Booking marine insurance.
  • Coordinating replacements for customers when necessary.
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Preferred skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excel literacy is a must, as certain POs are created using Excel.
  • Computer-literate.
