Job Description
- Immediate vacancy for two (2) Admin positions involved in Purchasing & Shipping.
Responsibilities:
- Make logistics arrangements for sales and purchases.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Issuing Purchase Orders (PO).
- Liaise with suppliers (replacements etc.).
- Booking marine insurance.
- Coordinating replacements for customers when necessary.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excel literacy is a must, as certain POs are created using Excel.
- Computer-literate.
