Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- An administrative clerk performs multiple tasks, with a strong focus on organizational duties.
- Prepare all types of reports, letters and other business documents.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports by using Pivot Table
- Create new forms, video or any other document needed by the company
- Ensure that all the report/data finish on time and accurate
- Manages correspondence by answering emails, WhatsApp, calls and emails
- Attends workshops and conferences when requested
- Data Entry
- Taking dictation and minutes during meetings
- Collect feedback from supervisors, promoters in store and give advice to boost sales
- Performs other responsibilities as and when assigned
- Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication.
Salary: RM 1,200
Working Day & Time : Monday - Saturday | 8am - 5pm
