ABX Express is seeking qualified an enthusiastic to join our family. This vacant position will be based in our ABX Express parcel shop in Jalan Anggerik, Lahad Datu.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote our product delivery, express delivery to the customer knowledge
• Develop sales strategies and approaches for various our products and services, such as special promotions in the season
• Increase and maintain shop's sales to achieve monthly target
• Assisting in customer's inquiries and needs
• Responsible for the company’s daily shop operations
• Packaging of goods for customers and arrange delivery of relevant
• Serving and assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner
• Maintaining customer's satisfaction on ABX Express services
• All other duties as assigned including doing pick-up shipments from customers and other ad-hoc job task.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma and above
• Fresh graduates or high school leavers are welcome to join the team
• At least (1) year of experience in related field
• A genuine passion for the retail and sales industry
• Well-grooming, cheerful and well-adapt to environment easily
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Active, hard-working, and outgoing when doing sales
• A drive to develop and achieve results
• Computer literate, able to study and learn fast.
• Possess own transport
• Overtime is provided when necessary
• Working hours : Monday - Saturday
