• To monitor and replenish the stationary stock (need to follow all the procedures, Purchase Requisition Paper approval based on approved budget, quotation, Purchase Request, and follow up on payment). 

• Prepare the stock checking report for all the available stationaries (list with the available quantity for each) 

• Label the stationaries accordingly for storage and distribution. 

• Compile and file the stationary request form by department / month for future reference 

• Prepare the Payment Authorisation Request with the invoice for utilities bill as per guided by the Admin Officer and to follow up the payment status with finance (depend on the urgency) 

• Update the Master list of the payment authorisation request issued and invoice received for easy monitoring 

• Monitor the usage and balance gallon water available and advice to the Admin Officer to replenish the stock when required 

• Assist the Admin Officer to arrange and tidy the stationary storage room 

• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
