JOB DESCRIPTION
-Strong ability and coordination skills to work closely with contractors.
-Assist HR policies and ensure adherence of these policies and procedures
-Ensure all documentations according to policies and procedures.
-Prepare monthly overtime and attendance reports.
-Monthly upkeep office stationery & pantry items, uniforms and PPE.
-Monitor and verify monthly’s contractor invoices, utilities and ensure submission to Finance.
-Perform other tasks and duties as delegated by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Positive, good communication skills with all levels of staff
