Full Job Description
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Monitoring and responding to an incoming email, faxes, and post, on behalf of the Manager
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing * Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests
- Providing pricing information in response to telephone enquiries.
- Making any necessary return calls to the customer. * To prepare and consolidate end of day transaction.
- To prepare staff outstation documentation, flight arrangement, accommodation and service appointments.
- Prepare minutes of meeting and monthly report.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Discretion and understanding of confidentiality issues
- Honesty and reliability
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,125.00 - RM2,362.00 per month

- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
