Full Job Description
• Coordinate with the head office for supply orders and inventory management.
• Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
• Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences (for example vegan coffee drinks)
• Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy
• Train other team members
• Assist with some food handling to serve customers
• Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
• To grow as Sabah's first concept convenience store, catering to the millennial lifestyle.
STPM / A Level or Equivalent
