Job Description
Job functions :
- Review, prepare and manage contract (i.e. Tenancy agreement) to make sure up to date.
- Issue invoice to collect rental in timely basis and issue receipt for rental received.
- Update and follow up all property management charges and other bill payment.
- Dealing with agent, client and tenant for all property-related matters
- Engage necessary contractor to take over the defect rectification work and dealing with service providers such as cleaning, repair and maintenance of the properties.
- Dealing with agents to advertise the properties in search of buyers and / or tenant.
- Need to have basic in writing letter
- To handle and assist office administration work, to deal, maintain and update office matters & records, etc.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Job requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or above level in Administration/Management or equivalent
- Candidates with minimum 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be able to have good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandaran will be advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office system knowledge.
- Good communication skills, ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Good attendance, fast learner and responsible person.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to start work immediately.
