-Reporting to Technical Manager/Senior Technical Manager. 

-Responsible for all the admin related activities of Technical Task Force Team 

    ●Test Equipment Calibration and Movement Tracking. 

    ●Maintain Inward / Outward movement between TTFT and other state/department 

    ●Test Equipment Calibration Schedule and make sure that the test equipment is calibrated as per the Schedule. 

    ●Maintain all the test equipment Calibration record 

    ●Sourcing the Supplier as and when required for the needed service. 

    ●Material Stock Code Creation and maintain the records. 

    ●JKKP Payment Processing and maintain the records. 

    ●Payment tracking for the third-party Service related to TTFT. 

    ●Maintain the Standby equipment records 

    ●Maintain the Petty Cash for Technical task force team. 

    ●Travel /hotel booking arrangement TTFT Staffs. 

    ●Responsible to keep the working environment clean. 

    ●All other responsibilities assigned to him by his superior on day to day
