Conveyancing Clerk

Job Description

• 2 immediate full-time positions to assist lawyers in handling legal documentations relating to conveyancing, sale and purchase agreement and/or loan documentation until completion stage. 
• Experienced in handling SPA agreements from initial stage to completion stage for sub-sale case with minimal supervision. 
• Experienced in handling loan documentation works from initial to completion stage. 
• To liaise with clients, bankers, correspondences, and preparing status reports. 
• Able to follow up closely of all files and complete within Completion Date of each files. 
• To perform other duties as per requested by the firm.

Job Requirement

• Candidates must possess SPM and above. 
• 2-3 years of working experience in legal firm. 
• Able to communicate in BM and English. 
• Chinese and other languages is an advantage. 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Salary depending on experience and qualification.
