Due to the rapid growth of the Group, JSK is looking for dedicated employees to join our Team.
Responsibilities:-
• Reports to the Group Asset cum Admin Manager.
• Duties include data entry and ERP system posting, combine relevant documents before submitting to accounts departmental for payment request.
• Admin tasks include , but not limited to, applying for / terminating utilities, stationary control, applying for / cancellation of telco services, vehicle usage control, fuel & oil control and despatcher control.
• Responsible to assist the HOD on departmental admin matters. Duties include admin budget / expenses monitoring, asset tagging / control, document control, filling, scanning and related routine admin duties. Ensures documents, reports, certificates, catalogs and files are optimally stored for easy retrieval.
• Follow up with all admin and asset documentations while providing timely, regular and accurate reports as scheduled by the HOD.
• Candidates with experience in Asset / Admin functions are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:-
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, in Procurement / logistic, Finance, Business Admin and/ or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Knowledge of Mandarin language is an added advantage.
• Exposure to the asset / admin environment a prerequisite.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be IT / ISO literate.
