Job Description:
· Managing daily HR operational actions and support Human Resource Department.
· Assist to prepare HR letters and documentation.
· Provide support to Human Resource Department and Administrative function including compensation & benefits, leave management and office administration function.
· Responsible of maintenance of personal file/database and staff attendance.
· To carry out any other additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
· Prepare quotation & tender.
· Assist Finance Department including preparing invoice, delivery order and payment slip.
· To ensure that all department reports and correspondence are completed punctually and accurately.
· Able to handle basic accounts and administrative tasks.
· Knowledgeable in Account Receivable, billing reconciliation and other ad-hoc jobs.
· Maintain proper filing and records systems.
· Discreet person and careful in handling private and confidential information and matters.
· Responsible, willing to learn, hardworking and ability to multi-task.
· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Requirement:
· Minimum 1 year working experience.
· Training 6 -12 month at Subang Jaya
· Willing to work in Sabah
· Good Technical experience in diploma in related field.
· Good command in Microsoft Office.
Contract length: 12 months
Expected Start Date: 01/02/2021
