1.在部门和公司内执行各种文书和行政任务,同时提供全面的支持与报告经理。
2.负责按时准备并提供定期的报告,并生成综合报告,演示文稿或文件。
3.为相关文件 & 数据库等并维护适当的归档系统。
4.代表公司和客户的联系点。
5.预测客户的需求,以确保他们始终保持无缝和积极的体验。
6.协助监督和监视整个业务/服务运营,同时不断与客户保持联系,以确保保持运营效率。
7.招呼并协助来访者(如有),并通过电话和电子邮件保持礼貌和专业的沟通。
8.如有必要,始终与其他部门保持联系,以完成特定的任务和职责。
工作要求:
1.候选人必须至少拥有SPM。
2.流利的普通话,英语和马来西亚语。
3.必须具备以普通话读写的能力,才能与会说普通话的客户打交道。
4.精通Microsoft Office应用程序,例如。 Power Point,Word和Excel。
5.良好的组织能力和良好的时间管理能力。
6.乐于奉献,并愿意付出更多努力来完成任务。
7.能够严格遵守规定的时间表。
8.最好是专门提供文书/行政支持或同等学历的入门级。

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. To perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks within the department and the company, while to fully provide relevant office support to the reporting Managers/Directors.
2. Responsible to prepare and provide regularly scheduled reports on time, and to generate any other report, presentation or document which are deem necessary by the Management or the Company.
3. Develop and maintain a proper filing system for the relevant documents, papers, database and so on.
4. Act as the point of contact on behalf of office for the customers/clients/merchants.
5. Anticipate the needs of customers/clients/merchants in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience at all times.
6. Assist in overseeing and monitoring the entire business/service operation, while to constantly keep in touch with the customers/clients/merchants to ensure operation efficiency at all times.
7. Greet and assist incoming visitors if there's any, and to maintain polite and professional communication via phone calls and emails.
8. Always liaise with other departments if necessary in order to fulfil the given tasks and/or responsibilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidate must possess at least at SPM.
2. Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Mandatory to able to read and write in Mandarin as the role required to deal with Mandarin speaking client.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications eg. Power Point, Word and Excel.
5. Well organized and good time management skills.
6. Dedicated and willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
7. Able to adhere strictly to required schedules.
8. Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative support or equivalent.
9. Based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
