Responsibilities:
- To write and open the Delivery Order for each load as advised by customers.
- To update necessary reports for each vessel.
To assist admin and billing teams for the Delivery Order sorting.
- To plan on the delivery load for local and outstation.
- To follow up with the drivers for each Delivery Note after drivers have completed delivery to consignees.
- To do any other task as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Certificate in any field.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work on long hours and weekends.
- Knowledge in MS Excel will be an added advantage.
