SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience as a Housekeeping coordinator / order taker in 3-star hotel and above
- Great administration work and well-organized
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
- Able to work shift based, include weekend, and PH
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform, record, documentation of all Housekeeping file
- To deal with purchasing department for any ordering issue
- Monitor and check on Housekeeping supplies sufficiency
- Responsible for any lost & item request
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidy of back office, include storeroom, locker room, pantry
- Liaise with other department prior to guest request and, or complaint
- Assist in Housekeeping receiving item and delivery
- In charge of collection and return of staff uniform requirements and relationship building
