1. HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN MANAGER
Assisting the Human Resources and Administration Manager as follows:
•Recruitment of employees.
•To conduct/ monitor trainings for all new employees, including induction trainings
•Confirmation of new recruits within the probation period
•Responsible for maintaining a pleasant and conducive work environment as well as a harmonious employer/ employee relationship in the company.
•Responsible to monitor staff movements, turnover, annual leaves, medical claim, and wages rate to employment letter accordingly.
•To issue letter of offer, confirmation letter and employee’s termination letter.
•To observe the staff discipline, attendance and attitude.
•To monitor the attendance system and to draft reminder or warning letter for staff concerned.
•To assist the HR & Admin Manager for preparation of staff monthly payroll summary to be submitted to Payroll Department.
•To organize the Organization Chart in orderly in case of any changes.
•To update and email the staff contact list twice a month to all staff.
•To assist in explaining to the staff the policies and procedures of the Company.
•Able to communicate with the Labour Law pertaining to Acts and Labour laws.
•To maintain document and filing system.
•Support in 6S systems
•Support in ISO 9001:2015 systems
•Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
