1. EXECUTIVE (REGIONAL OPERATIONS)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
•Identify and analyze the training needs of employers and industries that improve the company productivity.
•Prepare proposal/ concept paper of the industries outreach activities which include objective of the event, venue, date, tentative agenda, target employers/ industries and estimated budget.
•Engage with the key clients, customers, and stakeholders from the industries to establish strategic collaboration.
•Execute and coordinate programme for industries in providing knowledge and understanding to drive the training culture.
•Provide advisory to registered employers/ focus industries related to retraining and skills upgrading of the workforce.
•Conduct engagement session, visit, and provide advisory to the registered employers / focus industries pertaining issues related to guidelines and procedures under all schemes of PSMB to ensure maximized levy utilization.
•Provide advisory to potential liable employers / associations to register under PSMB Act 2001.
•Execute the verification visits for training and levy.
•Undertake other such reasonable duties required by the Management.
•Engage with potential employers and employers’ association for better understanding of HRD Corp function and rules.
GRANT MANAGEMENT
•Analyze and evaluate the training grant applications.
•To communicate with registered employer pertaining to on-going training grant application.
•Identify and analyze training needs of employers and promote upskilling and reskilling to improve and increase the productivity of the registered employers.
•Ensure training grant applications are processed on a timely manner while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
•To participate/support any performance and process improvement initiatives planned by the Unit/Department/Division, as directed by Head of Unit.
•Provide internal advisory pertaining issues related to guidelines and procedures under all schemes of PSMB in order for the employers are engaged accordingly for the submission of quality training grant applications.
KELAYAKAN:

CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS
•Bachelor’s degree in any field.
•Related working experience would be an added advantage.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Can work independently and in a team.
•Good computer skills that include the use of MS Office packages.
•A client-oriented approach, high sense of responsibility, courtesy, tact, and the ability to work with people from different nationalities and cultural background.
•Candidate must be willing to work in REGIONAL BRANCH OFFICE.
