- Minimum 2 years as Front office Executive and 2 years Assistant Front Office Manager experience in the related field at 4 Star hotel / Resort
- Assist the Front Office Manager in administering Front Desk and Concierge functions and supervising staff daily basis.
- Trains, cross-trains and retrains all front office personnel.
- Monitoring daily basis Front Desk movement of cash float, billing and transaction
- Close attention to guests’ complaints and resolve issues promptly.

-Perform, record, documentation of all Housekeeping file

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness and brand standard are constantly met
- Coordinate with outsource laundry and vendor to ensure their cleaning standard of linen.
- Expertise in cleaning items and the usage, meanwhile supplies to staff for respective duties
- Updated the system on real time of room status occupancy and cleaning status
- Strong supervisory in hygiene and standard cleaning field
- Creation of Housekeeping SOP and good in training to the team

- Monitor all front office and housekeeping financial operations, inventory controls, daily sales reconciliation.
- Staff management include training, hiring, evaluation
- Strategies on room pricing policies for revenue maximization.
- Analyse shortfall of financial department against budget or P&L

5.Marketing Assistant

Requirements:
-1 to 2 years of experience in hotel marketing department
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in Malay, English and Chinese

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
-Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, online and offline, and trade shows from planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns / events.
-Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends
-Assist to monitor and update for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
-Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs

6. Account Executive cum Receivable

- Monitor and check daly transaction, revenue in and out, revenue calculation and etc.
- Prepare billing, invoice, payment voucher from time to time
- Doing claims and handling petty cash
- Assit monitor and report to manager on ageing, bad debts, payment collection
- Doing reconciliation and report assign by manager
- Trace and monitor daily aacount receivable with no error
- Trace and follow with any payment terms
7. Housekeeping Room Maker

Job Responsibilities:
-Greeting guests and responding to queries.
-Good knowledge and skill in make-up guest room, including changing bed linen, making beds etc.
-Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
-Cleaning process such as weeping, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets
-Dusting and polishing furniture.
-Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
-Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.

- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
- Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in development of the account and to access the effectiveness and sales skills of the sales person.
