Job Responsibilities:-
1. Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
2. Handling requests and queries appropriately.
3. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, while to control access in often to your boss.
4. Organising events and conferences if there’s any; Travel arrangement including transport and accommodation.
5. Producing reports, presentations and briefs.
6. Managing daily schedules with important tasks/deadlines.
7. Other administration or miscellaneous works as per assigned.
Job Requirements:-
1. Minimum education level of Diploma/Degree in the relevant field.
2. Possess relevant experiences would definitely be a great advantage.
3. Language proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese.
4. Computer literacy.
5. Willing to be based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
6. Willing to travel if needed.
