Job Description | Job Description *This Position is responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Desk Guest Relations & Housekeeping. *She/he must be pleasant and well versed with the relevant work procedures and daily operational duties, while integrating with other relevant department staff. *She/he represents the Hostel in terms of guest relations and primarily responsible to care for the guest and their requirements. *To effectively handle their complaints and to take proactive measures where service or equipment's is lacking or not functioning effectively. Responsibilities *Responsible to welcome and handle day to day guest Arrivals and Departures. *Attend to all guest request and inquiries. *Handle reservation booking, incoming calls in a timely and professional manner. *Handle complaints and feedback tactfully. *Assist in Housekeeping duties. |
Job Requirement | *A minimum two ( 2 ) years in related field. Able to work on shifts and irregular hours. *Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia or any other foreign language will be an added advantage. *Interested applicants are invited to send in their resume.
