1. PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITY
- Procurement for Fuel Preparation plant and Power House in Segaliud, Sandakan
- Cost-effective sourcing and deals from supplier /to buyers
- Ensure supply security
- To determine the needs of compliance to statutory regulations for products and services purchased or proposed
- Liaison with the employee of the company to schedule procurements, finalize purchase detail (specification or info) of orders and ensure timely delivery
- Device and use fruitful sourcing strategy
- Perform risk assessment for supply contracts and agreements
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement cost
- To identify, assess and audit suppliers
- To assess total cost of company procurements.
- To oversee procurement and follow up for payments, delivery logistic and cargo clearance
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for procurement, and suppliers /Buyers Assessment
KELAYAKAN:
Untuk memohon, bakal calon perlu pastikan mereka memenuhi semua kriteria kelayakan yang ditentukan oleh majikan. Untuk jawatan yang ditawarkan oleh syarikat ini, kelayakan asas adalah seperti berikut:
- Diploma /Degree in Business Administration /Finance /Engineering
- Experience in maintaining hardware stores is preferred
