1. Receptionist Cum Admin

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for front desk function and guest reception. 
Attend to all guest and visitors' enquiries at the reception counter. 
Attend to all incoming calls appropriately and courteously. 
Answer and address incoming phone calls in a polite manner and forward calls to appropriate person. 
Receive and coordinate all outgoing & incoming documents, mails & parcels. 
To distribute to respective personnel/department and maintain log book on daily delivery. 
Dispatch courier services & liaison with courier companies on pick up time. 
Maintain a neat and professional front office environment to reinforce good corporate image. 
To assist direct report in general data management, typing and filing.
Responsible in supporting direct report in collating and filing expenses.
Provide general assistance to direct report as and when required

KELAYAKAN:  

Untuk memohon, bakal calon perlu pastikan mereka memenuhi semua kriteria kelayakan yang ditentukan oleh majikan. Untuk jawatan yang ditawarkan oleh syarikat ini, kelayakan asas adalah seperti berikut:

1. Receptionist Cum Admin

Requirements: 
A minimum of 2 years working experience as a receptionist or customer service field. 
Minimum education level : SPM/STPM - Punctual & good in time management. - Good communication skills. 
Able to communicate well with all levels and work as a team. 
Ability to work independently with good interpersonal skill and self-motivated.
Courteous professional and able to handle multiple tasks job. 
Strong attention to detail and record keeping skills.
Pleasant Personality 
Required language (s) with good command and written: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin Language will be an added advantage.
