1.Making outbound collection call in a professional manner while keeping improving customer relation
2.Manage secured account in the collection system to prevent account flow to next bucket
3.Manage and achieve daily productivity
4.Handle delinquent customer’s queries and complaints in professional manners
5.Work as in house collector
6.Any other ad-hoc task neccessary as instructed by superior
