Job Description / Maklumat Kerja *
Responsibilities:
-Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
-Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features
-Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
-Follow and achieve Sales target
-Maintain in-stock and presentable condition at assigned areas
-Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
-Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
-Build productive trust relationships with customers
-Comply with inventory control procedures
-Work within guidelines and regulations, especially concerning brand products
-Performing basic housekeeping duties to ensure that the cash point, sales floor, and storeroom are well-maintained.
-Managing social media also includes engaging and interacting with social media users. (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & Website)
Requirement & Personal qualities
-Able to work 6 days per week
-Presentable and confident in speaking and deal with customer
-Passionate in sales field
-Able to work under pressure
-Be punctual on working hours (10AM - 8PM)
-Exceptional customer service skills.
-Effective communication skills.
-Positive attitude
Qualifications
-Minimum SPM Level
Diploma in Administrative/ Marketing / ICT / Equivalent
Experience
-Minimum of 1 years working experience in relevant field
-COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to put on mask at all times & social distancing at workplace as well as fully vaccinated.
