ABOUT JOB
1) To handle receptionist duties, including answering incoming calls, receiving parcels, managing incoming and outgoing documents;
2) To manage our electronic and physical database of incoming & outgoing documents, including our electronic and physical filing systems, correspondence tracking system, etc..
3) To handle daily admin tasks such as arranging for office equipment repair, purchasing office amenities when needed, arranging for insurance renewal, and arranging for the cleaning of the company car;
4) To conduct stock take of office stationery and equipment;
5) To scan all incoming and outgoing documents and to distribute them to the correct person-in-charge;
6) To conduct the procurement of office supplies and equipment;
7) Other tasks that may be instructed by Management from time to time.
