Job Description / Maklumat Kerja
1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
2. Travel throughout assigned territories to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, to talk with customers on sales floor or by phone.
3. Display or demonstrate product, using samples or catalogues, and emphasize sellable features.
4. To gather and act upon market intelligence information focusing on opportunities for new market and new product development.
5. Communicate market information on competitors’ activities and market offer with Director
6. Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
7. Estimate date of delivery to customers, based on knowledge of own company’s production and   delivery schedules.
8. Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts.
9. Work with inside team members to keep account activities and literature up to date.
10. Coordinate customer training and seminars.
11. Enter new customers’ data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
12. To procure sales for the company and to work towards meeting target set by the management.
13. To achieve minimum 3 approved new customers per month. (Cash customers and credit customers)
14. To monitor on collection and to ensure as far as possible that all credit accounts are brought current.
15. Investigate and resolve customers’ problems with deliveries.
