Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Human Resources, Procurement or equivalent.
- Computer literate (eg: word, excel) with good typing skills
- Managing day-to-day admin and purchasing matter
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 documentations
- Familiar with preparing company profile and tender
- Laise and work closely with the suppliers on the purchasing and shipping matter
- Prising negotiation with suppliers and skills to source and identify of quality suppliers
- Able to handle ad-hoc works as assigned
- Able to work independently
