ABOUT JOB
1.To ultimately assist in the preparation and completion of timely and accurate monthly financial reports for the Company according to the timeline set by the Management (currently by end of second week of the following month).
2. To date all supplier invoices or documents upon received. To match all supplier invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes to ensure the accuracy of extension and additions, correct price against purchase order and correct quantity received against goods received notes
3. To prepare payment vouchers and write up cheques for authorized signatories to sign. To ensure all suppliers’ invoices and supporting documents are properly stamp “PAID” with reference of cheque number
