JOB SCOPE
1. Pre sales support (call content)
2. Post sales service (call content)
3. Checking on RF and portal submission (end to end process)
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
•Support the sales order (RF) by submission action to portal, filing important documents and communicating relevant information with customer.
•Ensuring the adequacy supporting documentations of RF submission.
•Responding to query from customers and give after-sales enquiry support when requested.
•Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
•Monitor the submission’s progress, identify shortcomings and action re-submissions
•Ensure adherence to Maxis compliance and code of conduct and policies
REQUIREMENTS
•Min SPM and Diploma holders
•Proven experience in sales admin; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
•Good computer skills (MS Office)
•Proficiency in English (ability to speak Chinese will be + points)
•Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•A team player with high level of dedication
•Salary range : RM 1.8K to RM 2K depending on experience & qualifications
•Contract period : 1 year
