Full Job Description
- We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our director and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
- Administrative Assistant responsibilities include data entry, correspondence , maintaining appropriate filing systems,
- The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
- If you have previous experience as a Secretary or administrative assistant and familiarity with simple accounts would be an added advantage.
- Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Job Requirement
- At least two (2) years of working experience in Administrative Support / Human Resource
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree
- Good communication skills and command of English is an added advantage
- Customer oriented & A people oriented person personality
- Candidate must be have a team player disposition
- Independent and can work with minimum supervision
- Computer literate
- Salary to commensurate with experience
- This position is based in Keningau
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
