Responsibilities
•Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
•Provide clerical and administrative support
•Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
•Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys…etc)
•Deal with employee request regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
•Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
•Communicate with public services when necessary
•Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
•Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
•Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by HR Superior
Requirement
•Qualification at least SPM Level and above
•Previous working experience in Human Resources is an added advantage
•Good interpersonal, mature, self-motivated, independent, disciplined, work credible and reliable
•Must possess proficiency in three languages: Bahasa, English and Chinese
