-Responsible to perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
-Responsible to manage online, walk-in and phone reservations.
-Responsible to register guests with collecting necessary information.
-Responsible to greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
-Responsible to provide information about available rooms and rates.
-Responsible to handle and respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
-Responsible to liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.
-Responsible to maintain a neat and orderly reception area.
