Responsibilities:-
•Responsible for the overall Mantanani Island and Rampayan maintenance operations which includes, but not limited to maintenance operations and related activities.
•Responsible to respond and attend any defect repair.
•Responsible to perform variety of work in the maintenance and repair of cleaning, repairing, and maintaining all parts of the boat or vessel
•Responsible to perform maintenance repairs and services. To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations.
•Responsible to conduct corrective service and repair / restoration works where and when necessary.
•Responsible to update the maintenance work order.
•Responsible to perform maintenance activities in the pontoon like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners / HVAC and AC ducts.
•Responsible to clean, lubricate, protect, and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment in the pontoon.
•Responsible to maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
•Responsible to maintain the pontoon facility and related equipment in a safer and efficient manner.
Requirements:-
-At least 3 years(s) working experience in related field.
-Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC and carpentry.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
