SK BORNEO REEF IS THE LARGEST REEF ACTIVITY PONTOON IN SOUTH EAST ASIA. The Pontoon caters for, amongst other activities, underwater observatory tunnel, kayaking, snorkeling, water theme park, sea walking, boat transfer, F&B, and other Pontoon-centered activities. We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Prior hotel, theme park operations & / or hospitality experience an added advantage.
Responsibilities:-
- Responsible to assist the Pontoon Operations Manager in overall reception and admin operations at the pontoon and related activities.
- Responsible for the smooth administration functions of the Pontoon.
- Responsible to assist the Pontoon Operations Manager to prepare timely and accurate reports when required by the Management.
- Responsible to greet and welcoming guests.
- Responsible to register, checking guests in/out, and related reception operations.
- Responsible to provide accurate information about pontoon activities and services.
- Responsible to communicate and liaise with necessary staff including maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests.
- Responsible to maintain a neat and orderly reception area.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Hospitality Management / Tourism / Front Office / Admin and/ or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Knowledge of the Mandarin language is an added advantage.
- Exposure to the reception/admin environment is a prerequisite.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be IT / ISO literate.
