Other professional, scientific and technical activities
Responsibilities:
•Assisting seniors in the daily administrative tasks including daily accounting functions ensuring accuracy and proper supporting documentation and recording, generating, and updating of reports for management and administrative purposes.
•Coordinating and preparation of deliveries in a timely manner
•Maintain proper filing of files and documents for record-keeping purposes.
•Handle general office administration matters and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or clerical duties assigned.
Requirements:
•Certificate in Administration or Diploma/Professional Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
•Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, knowledge in SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.
•Good organizational, strong initiatives, and time-management abilities.
