SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
Responsibilities:
•Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
•Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
•Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
•Collect, sort, distribute and prepare courier and messenger deliveries.
•Handling and having a proper record for all incoming and outgoing documents, such as reports, statutory returns, and correspondences.
•Handling queries from staff members, suppliers, and/or clients via phone, email, and attending to general correspondence.
•Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment etc.
•Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
•Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filling, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Requirements:
•school leavers and/or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•Strong initiatives, well-organized and detail-oriented.
•Able to communicate clearly when handling incoming calls and conveying information by phone or in person.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
