Key Responsibilities :
- Gathering information on hours worked for each employee.
- Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.
- Receiving approval from upper management for payments when needed.
- The Payroll Specialist's responsibilities include collecting and reviewing employee information and working hours, calculating wages, preparing and processing employee payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
- To understand and supports DC in operational needs & smooth in recruitment.
- To maintain employee records, assist with payroll processing and provide administrative support to all employees.
- Should have strong communication and organizational skills in addition to being detail-oriented.
Key Requirements:
- Candidate must at least posses a min SPM or Diploma in HR field.
- Min 2 years related working experience.
- Candidate must be willing to work at our office located at Jalan Gaya, Kota Kinabalu.
Working day and hours:
Monday to Friday : 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Alternate Saturday : 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
