Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM
- Must have experience in fibre and wifi installation.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Willing to work outdoor.
- Tanggungjawab
- Manage and complete fibre installation with comply to company
- SOP.
- Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service
- and devices with stipulated SLA.
- Solving customer problems and complaints.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell company products and
- solutions.
- Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (WiFi solutioning, Smart Home).
- Attend periodic training to sharpen skills and knowledge related to
- fibre, smart devices, and computing
