STOREKEEPER | TANER INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN BHD | TENOM

Job Scopes: 

-Responsible to receive and check on all incoming goods/ materials as per the purchase order (in term of quantity, quality and specifications) 

-To perform daily issuance of goods from store in accordance to the Store Requisition Chit (SRC) request by the production 

-To ensure the security, cleanliness and tidiness of the store by maintaining a good storage practice 

-To plan and manage inventory/supplies levels to meet production requirement and to avoid shortage or over stock 

-Prepare Material Requisition Form (MRF) and get approval from Section Head before send to HQ Procurement in-charge for ordering 

-Conduct monthly stock take as per schedule 

-Ensure the accuracy of the inventory system by updating the daily stock movement within the daily cut off time 

-Prepare monthly reports as per deadline 

-Work closely with HQ Procurement in-charge to ensure targeted timing for all goods ordering & receiving are met
