SERVICE ASSISTANT | SEOUL GARDEN RESTAURANT SDN BHD | KOTA KINABALU

Warmly greets and acknowledge guests upon arrival.  Offer professional and courteous service to the guests in accordance with quality standards.  Be attentive to guests’ needs and constantly ensure that guests’ requests are being fulfilled correctly.  Attend to guests’ queries, feedback and complaint timely & professionally.  Setting-up and handling front-of-house stations assigned for the day.  Ensures all used plates, cups and cutleries on the dining tables are being cleared once the guests left the restaurant.  Responsible for keeping the restaurant dining area and food counters clean and tidy all the time.  Perform routine cleaning duties according to maintenance schedule.
