Full Job Description
Minimum 1 year working experience in relevant field.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidates must at least possess a Diploma, SPM or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
3. Good command and written in Malay & English
4. Required skills: familiar with online marketing and other social media platform.
5. Able to work independently and self-motivated to obtain sales lead.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To handle customer service in social media such as Facebook and IG and also need deal with customer through whatsapp & messenger.
2. To arrange and manage Facebook live material and liaise with model.
3. Monitoring & reporting for all online sales & activities.
4. Responsible for all customer online inquiry, handling customer order & manage stock inventory.
5. Provide speedy service to customers by assisting them before and after sales.
6. To issue invoice and prepare logistic consignment note.
7. Customer care handling eg. Return/ Refund/ Complaint/ Shipment tracking/ Customer feedback.
8. Be the trusted advisor and advocate to your customers.
9. Any other ad hoc assignments as directed by the management and immediate superior as and when required
