Insurance Sales Assistant (Contract) at PUSPAKOM

JOB SUMMARY
- Process applications for, changes to, reinstatement of, and cancellation of insurance policies. Duties include reviewing insurance applications to ensure that all questions have been answered, compiling data on insurance policy changes, changing policy records to conform to insured party’s specifications, canceling insurance policies as requested by customers, and verifying the accuracy of insurance records

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible in promoting & completing the sales of insurance product to customers;

- Responsible to achieve the target sales of insurance product as set by the management;

- Responsible in ensuring the up keeping of day to day transaction (sales, invoices, collection and policy printing) record;

- Responsible for day to day closing (matching the invoices and daily collection) and timely submission of daily closing details to branch and Insurance & Road-Tax Unit managers for verification;

- Responsible in handling customers queries and request on service related matters;

- Responsible to complete others task given as define by the Insurance & Road-Tax Unit.

PERSON SPECIFICATION/QUALIFICATION
- Minimum education level : Diploma in Insurance, Marketing, Management or any discipline
- At least 1 year hands-on experience and with core competence in insurance. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Pleasant personality with good and strong interpersonal Communications, Sales, Customer Service and Leadership skills.
- Sense of initiative and able to produce work under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines
- A matured team-player, resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality
- Passion for insurance industry and servicing line.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Detail oriented to ensure accuracy.
Punctual and conscientious.
- Good computer skills, including familiarity with databases, Spreadsheets, and Microsoft programs
- Familiarity with state insurance laws is a plus

Salary: RM1,250.00 /month

Contract length: 12 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,250.00 per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

Yearly bonus
