JOB PURPOSE :
• Assist, execute and facilitate administrative activities by completing maintenance requirement, documents administrative, managing inventories, safety of premises and safekeeping financing documents.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Coordinate and execute to achieve business target to ensure profitability and sustainability at branch level
• To achieve fee based income and deposit growth at branch level i.e. marketing to walk in customer or existing customers.
• To support and coordinate with other agencies for marketing bank’s product i.e. fee based, deposit
• To retain existing customers to the bank
• Support sales promotion activities including promotional campaigns, marketing events, etch
• Cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs; directing customers to a branch representative. Coordinating and assist customer satisfactions at branch level
• To communicate personally with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. • Provide efficient customer service.
• Assist all activities banking counters.
• Assist customer complaints and enquiries at banking area. Coordinate and execute the daily branch operations to ensure day-to-day operations not interrupted
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient branch operations support. • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
• One of the assign staff for combination/key holder
• To ensure safety of premises and cleanliness in good conditions
• To ensure periodic maintenance on fixed assets, alarms, CCTV and vehicle.
• Monitoring all utilities bills are paid within timeline.
• To ensure vehicles maintenance performs as per schedule (for branches has a bank vehicle) and in good conditions.
• Execute all administrative duties at branch level i.e. filing documents, in charge in receiving and sending memo or letters.
• To ensure safekeeping of financing documents in good conditions.
• To ensure submission financing documents to CAC within timeline Execute and facilitate compliance, governance and any related regulatory requirement
• To ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch.
• To complies with bank operations guideline and policies Execute and oversee any ad hoc projects assign by the management
• Coordinate any ad hoc projects within time line
Education :
• SPM or Diploma in banking or related discipline
Experience :
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in banking operations
• Exposure to Banking Operations is an advantage
Skills & Competencies :
• Good in Customer Service
• Strong integrity attitude
• Good teamwork
• Knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Able to meet deadlines and set objectives in an effective manner
