ADMIN CUM INVENTORY CONTROL (STOCK ASSISTANT)

Duties and responsibilities
· Develop and implement plans to make sure that the inventory function is managed and operated in a highly efficient way.
· In-charge of the certain activities in inventory section.
· Ensure timely availability of material to support production at all times.
· Ensure the housekeeping of inventory section.
· Ensure that stock records of all items are maintains at all times.
· Conduct physical stock check for reconciliation against stock records.
· Supervise and plan daily job for other inventory personnel.
· Ensure issuance and flows of documents are smooth and prompt.
· Update to all respective departments regarding balance flow of raw material and any other commodities necessary to meet operation requirement.
· Accounted for all documentation issues and goods in stock.
· Ensure receiving, issuing, delivery and container loading/unloading of finished goods, raw material, scraps etc in a proper procedures and orders.
· Key in data on database for finished goods movement.
· Ensure the warehouse premise and equipment are in good order and the physical conditions are up to required standard.
· To make sure that proper procedure for local delivery before lorry leaves the company premises.
· Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Job requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in related field.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Well versed (spoken and written) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Experienced in inventory or stock department is an advantage
