Full Job Description
1- Take care all work regarding pond preparation before stoking water and shrimps’ seeds.
2- Responsibilities for work before and after harvesting shrimp, take care water system.
3- Responsibilities to arrange worker to do any related to growth out job.
4- Update daily feed, chemicals record every day and shrimp growth performance weekly (monitor and control on shrimp disease, feed quantity, chemical quantity)
5- To prepare and involve all pond management activity/ process including water quality, stocking, sampling (shrimp size, water quality), feeding process, repairing job (pump and etc).
6- To monitor cleanliness of the pond and pond equipment in good condition
7- Standby 24hrs for emergency case.
8- Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
9- To do any job and task given by superior.
