1. Present, promote and sell company products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers/merchants. 

2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers/merchants to meet their needs. 

3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 

4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. 

5. Expedite the resolution of customer/merchant problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. 

6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. 

7. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports. 

8. Responsible in overseeing and leading sales representatives in many instances during works; To provide constant guidance, enlightenment, as well as clear direction/approach on achieving targets. 

9. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. 

10. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. 

11. Be initiative and fully dedicated to perform on sales & marketing and the relevant. 

12. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. 

13. Continuously improve through feedback and expectations. 

14. Highly motivated and targets driven working attitude. 

Job Requirements and Details: 

1. Immediate availability is highly preferable. 

2. With a minimum education level of SPM / DIPLOMA / DEGREE or equivalent. 

3. Proven work experiences in Sales & Marketing is COMPULSORY. Solid experiences in e-commerce and the relevant field would be a preferably advantage. 

4. Language proficiency in English and Malay is a MUST. While Mandarin/Chinese would be a STRONG advantage. 

5. Must have own transportation and willing to travel for outstation purpose if required. 

6. You will be required to work on weekends or on public holidays to attend to any urgent cases or any company/business-related events and activities. 

7. Working Days: Monday to Friday. 

8. Working Hours: 09.00 AM until 06.00 PM. 

9. Salary and remuneration offered will be based on personal strengths, skills and qualifications, as well as key performance. Basic salary range is around RM1,500 – RM2,000, which can achieve up to RM4,000 and above per month with sales commission. 

10. Willing to be based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
