Full Job Description
i. To provide courteous, prompt and personalized service and if possible to comply with each and every guest’s request and needs.
ii. To assist guest with their food ordering
iii. To answer guests' enquiry on the menu items served
iv. To familiarize procedures, facilities and services of the company premises.
v. Ensure that restaurant is sanitized and clean after every guests' departure
vi. Sees to the enforcement of house rules & regulations, company policies and procedures.
vii. Perform other duties as and when assigned by the immediate superior and the Restaurant Manager.
viii. Assisting in all aspects of outlet, especially cashier, products display, restocking shelves, stock take & cleanliness
